About the Book
In the eyes of the army, enlisted men and officers do not fraternize. SP4 Greg Taylor, a military policeman and 1LT Sharon Andrews, a nurse, rekindle a romance that began two years ago in the states and then abruptly ended. Greg was drafted into the army, and after a 6 month stint in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, he is sent to Vietnam. Over the course of his tour, he is involved in several hair-raising, near-death experiences. He and Sharon continue their illicit affair, in the eyes of the army, become engaged and leave Vietnam together, but not quite the way either of them expected.
