One of the helpful resources I want to share is the documentary series Balance. Two women filmmakers go looking for answers to their own questions and interview some of the top menopause specialists in the world. There are several ways/places to watch the 4-episode series including for free on Plex and Vimeo as well as on Amazon Prime and Apple TV.
